Message from our Principal
Welcome to our brand new and recently updated website. We are currently still busy fine tuning the site and invite you to join us in making this website an interactive experience for learners, parents, alumni and staff. This website allows us to exhibit what Khanyisa is about to our own constituency, prospective parents, our past learners and others who might be interested in viewing our site.
It provides a channel for us to display how we live our school motto “Learning to Care, Do and Achieve” on a daily basis, by showing our learners and staff grappling with the Academic programme, our performance on the sports fields, our interaction in cultural activities, and our efforts with regard to community outreach.
It also allows us to post vital and interesting information such as the school calendars, notices of forthcoming events, results of sporting and other events, interesting articles about education and provides an opportunity for all to contribute to make this website a fun and interactive experience.
In a very busy and pressurised world, it is often difficult to find the time to come to school and find the relevant information. The website will allow parents and guests to have a glance at important information, and to gain a snapshot of the school and its activities, at the touch of a button.
It is a website “for us, by us” and as such we would like all stakeholders to take ownership of the website, by forwarding information to our web administrator about ways in which we can improve the site. We strive to improve as we go forward and we ask that you help us to make this website a vehicle of voice for all concerned.
Yours faithfully
H. Weber – Director of Secondary Education
